"P-H-I-L-L-Y"

This is my little segue into a short post on my plans for the weekend. Philly, Philly, Philly! It's time for yet another road trip with the fellas. Many of you may recall Lousiana. Many of you may recall one of the New York Trips. Now it's time to get reacquainted with Philly (JR, holla at me mannnnnn). Time for cheesesteaks, Liberty Bells, 5 Spots, South Streets, Buddakhans, and of course, a lil partyin' (guess I could have just said Tragos's)!

Pictures are inevitable...

How was the trip!?

Honestly, the trip was ayight. Not as exciting as I expected it to be. And I messed up and left my camera in the car so I didn't get any pictures. I'm a little pi$$ed about that!

Of course we had cheesesteaks and partied (at some spot called Fiso's...which was okay), but it could have been much much better.

Aww. Mike! You can't leave your camera in the car! You failed!

Yeah, you're 100% correct! I failed. It's only because I thought we were just going to check the spot out but once we got to the line it LOOKED like it was going to be ayight so we just decided to roll in there. And I didn't think about the fact that I'd left the camera in the car. This is the PRECISE reason why I need a cellphone with a camera on it! Because at the very least I could have had some average-quality cellphone pictures. But it's all good b/c I will have the Motorola Q within the next week or so.

I see you with the new pic for your profile JAC...Show-off! ;-)

ok. a cellphone with no camera? those still exist? lol. so I guess just because you're a webnerd that doesn't mean your up on gadgets and technology of the sorts huh?

show off? who me?! nah. never that.

YES, they still do! That wasn't funny by the way.

Webnerd...No, no, no. I can only aspire to make it to the upper echelon of InterWeb Nerd status. Right now I'm more like a webnerd in training or perhaps Blogger extraordinaire or some other variant of Interweb terminology.

I'm into gadgets, but I just can't buy most of the ones I like because they're too expensive. LOL. So I just wait for stuff to come down in price before I buy. I'm more of a function over style type of guy. I'd rather have one device like the Q that allows me to combine the functionality of my PDA, iPod/mp3 player, cellphone, and digital camera all in one device...You know, rather than have an iPod, digital camera, cellphone, and PDA separately and have to lug around all that crap! So the Motorola Q has been my solution of choice since it first came out. I just waited out the pricing..."Yo son, you was drawn waiting all this time!" (shot out to my Philly folks!)

I think I told you this before, but the Q is just ok. (Maybe it's because I don't know how to use it for all that it is. =/ )
